Steven G. Schmitt

Steven Schmitt was a passionate man.  He had a tremendous zest for life with an infatuation for motorcycles, fast cars, the ocean, his boats, fine clothing, select watches, country music and an occasional outing to an upscale steak house.

Steve’s passion was also evident in his strong opinions. Throughout his life, Steve would often dig his heels in on a situation or topic that could result in admirers as well as adversaries.   But in his later years, his strong opinions became centered on his belief in Jesus who he referred to as his “Lord.” He didn’t argue or debate this belief, but he also didn’t waiver on his total conviction to his faith.  This helped to give him a sense of peace that at the end of his life his mother Mary and his Lord would be waiting for him.

Steven left behind his loving and devoted wife Kerri along with his four boys Kyle, Ryan, Anthony, and Thomas, his daughters-in-laws and his seven grandchildren.
